Are stone, Bazi, or elemental meanings guaranteed to work?
No. Stone, Bazi, and elemental meanings are symbolic references for reflection and personal alignment. They are not guarantees, predictions, medical advice, or promises of wealth, luck, protection, or success.

Yes. ZANYÉ bracelets are designed as wearable daily anchors. Keep them away from water, perfume, lotions, and heavy impact to help preserve the polish, elastic, metal details, and natural stone surface.
How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Measure your wrist where you normally wear jewelry, then allow a little room for comfort. A closer fit feels more secure, while a slightly looser fit moves more naturally with the wrist. If you are between sizes, choose based on how you prefer your bracelet to sit during daily wear.
How should I care for natural stone jewelry?

Is jewelry covered by warranty?
Jewelry pieces are covered by our warranty policy for eligible craftsmanship or material concerns. Natural variations in stone color, pattern, or texture are not considered defects. Incense products are not covered under jewelry warranty terms.

How should I burn incense safely?
Always burn incense in a suitable holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep it away from fabric, paper, curtains, children, pets, and moving air. Never leave burning incense unattended, and make sure the ash is fully out before discarding it.
How do I use incense with my bracelet or ritual set?
